How to solve a problem: "app stopped working ...."

Solution

method#1
Start-> Control Panel-> System-> additional parameters system-> further (performance) -> Execution Prevention data-> Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select (check here to rearrange), "add", select through a explorer  executable program, which work stops and click "apply".
